When Will My Items Ship?
In general, most items will ship within 1-2 days upon receipt of payment. Some may take longer depending on the item and its availability. Please visit the specific items page for the estimated shipping time. In the case of an item being out of stock you will be notified and it will be shipped after arriving directly to you. To check your order status at anytime, log in to My Account and view your 'Order History'.
Returns Policy
- Defective Items: Any defective item will be replaced within 30 days of purchase if a like item is available. In the event a like item is unavailable, you will be refunded the item's cost.
- Returns and Exchanges: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if you are not 100% SATISFIED. We will refund you the full cost of your purchase less shipping costs. Shipping costs may be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

Our courier agents cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
