The batteries we have in stock are compatible with many types of camera brands and models. For example, our LI-20B battery is compatible with Olympus, Casio, Fujifilm, Kodak, Panasonic, Pentax, Ricoh, Samsung, and Toshiba cameras.
The best way to find out is to use our Search feature to find the battery that you need.

- How do I use your Search feature?
Our Search feature is available on our home page or from the Search information panel on the left of your screen.
You can search by battery model (e.g. NB-1LH, BLM1, S007) or by camera brand/model (e.g. Canon EOS 350D, Powershot, Sony DSC-P1, Panasonic NV-GS55K, etc.)

- How can I be sure that the battery I've purchased is the right one?
We provide details of the battery and camera compatibility in each of our product description. In addition to this, we also provide a photo of the battery we supply clearly indicating the battery design and power terminals/leads. Please check this against your battery and camera prior to placing an order. If you still have doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us.
In the unfortunate event that you have actually purchased the wrong battery, please return the battery to us within 30 days and we will refund you the full cost of your purchase less shipping costs. Please see our Shipping and Returns policy for more information.

- Can I pick up the batteries from your store?
Unfortunately, no. We run a virtual store to keep our overheads and costs as low as possible. This is how we are able to provide these quality products to you at such low prices. However, we may engage some of our business partners to distribute our products in the future.

- How long will it take before I receive my order?
We will normally ship out your order within 1 day upon receipt of payment. Within Malaysia, you should receive your order within the next working day after shipping. Elsewhere, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

- I need the batteries urgently. What should I do?
Please indicate the urgency in the Comments field when you place your order. Additionally, please get in touch with us via email/phone and we will do our best to rush the order to you.

- How can I make payment for my order?
For your convenience, you can make payment to us using your Visa and Mastercard credit cards. In addition to this, you can also perform a funds transfer using Maybank2u.com, deposit payment directly to our bank account, send us a bank draft, or make payment via a Telegraphic Transfer (TT). - How secure is your credit card payment gateway?
Your credit card payment transactions are performed over a secure SSL (HTTPS) connection. This connection is established between your PC and WorldPay (our secure credit card payment gateway) and all information you provide is encrypted. This means that your credit card details is only known to WorldPay and yourself. GizBiz does not have access nor do we store this information on our systems. This ensures that your credit card information is safe from unauthorised use.
Compared to how many people have access to your credit card information (e.g. physical card, payment slips) when you use your credit card in traditional retail stores, this is a much safer approach.

- Do you accept payment in other currencies?
We accept payments in US Dollars, Euros, and Malaysian Ringgit. You can change the default currency by selecting your preferred currency from the Currencies box on the top right of your screen.

- What is mAh?
mAh refers to milliampere-hours and it is a measure of how much current the battery is able to supply over an hour and it is used as an indication of how much capacity the battery has. The higher the mAh rating, the longer the battery will last.

- I've just purchased your product and I'm not 100% satisfied with it. What can I do?
No problem. All our products come with a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our batteries, just return them to us within 30-days from the date of your purchase and we will, at your option, provide you with a replacement or refund you the full cost of the batteries less shipping costs.

- Will your batteries explode?
As with ANY battery available in the market, there is a risk that the battery may explode if used incorrectly (e.g. leaving the battery in direct sunlight, using chargers meant for other battery models, and etc). We provide clear instructions with each battery that we sell and you are encouraged to read them before using the batteries.
